Traineeship Decription :

This position will be report to Mentor assigned, usually the Factory Manager. Trainees willl have the opportunity to observe and understand the manufacturing environment at AME. We will provide the knowledge of producing equipment for the subsea Christmas tree applications for the Oil & Gas Industry. Precision Engineering software such as AutoCAD and MasterCam are available for the trainees to practice and even produce their own CNC programs. Trainees will be able to learn Inventory systems and also our Integrated ERP system.

Specific Responsiblities :

• To analyse and generate the BOM structure to create the BOM in the ERP Navision system, Manufacturing Process Flow
• Drafting and drawing CAD Models
• CNC Programming and tools selections

Competencies to learn :

• AutoCAD drafting for engineering drawings
• MasterCam drafting for CNC program
• Unigraphics CAD modeling and Milling program functions
• ERP Navision Inventory Systems and Manufacturing Process
• Oilfield equipment and industrial standards knowledge

Education Qualification :

• Graduated or graduating in year 2020 from Polytechnics
