As a Senior Project Manager, you will have a key role in our organisation and you will be responsible for planning, leading, controlling and delivering larger or complex tenders or projects. The role offers a good opportunity to work with unique projects, across disciplines, geographical regions and with all the phases of tenders and projects. The projects can be both national and international projects, working with the big EPC and Energy players.
You will be located at our Fornebu office where we work with Offshore and MEG Onshore projects around the world. The role will be reporting to Director of Operations. The project team will normally vary between 10-50 resources and the resources will be located at Fornebu, in our global NOV sister companies’ offices or 3rd parties.
Can you lead and deliver complex, multiple projects and tenders and build relationships with our clients? As our new Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to the continuous development of the project management team and our project management execution.
You will have the following qualifications:
Technical background with education in a relevant technical field, business or associated disciplines. It will beneficial if you have experience with process modules with small bore piping, valves, instruments, and equipment.
To manage and deliver complex projects you will need experience with managing FEED, EP & EPC projects. Many of our project are international so it will be a benefit if you have experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably experience managing multinational projects.
Experience with the interface between engineering and fabrication, construction / Fabrication management knowledge and understanding, as well as site experience
Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of business and financial principles.
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will have to demonstrate highly developed leadership skills. You will have the ability to lead a project team and demonstrate sound, rational judgement to align people and methods to achieve overall project success. You will be key in developing and maintaining relationships with clients through sharing information, collaboration, and cooperation.
