Job Role Responsibilities

Supervisory of a team of 3 subordinates to support Sales team to manage internal and 3rd parties accounting process
1.Manage promotion reimbursement process and fuels coupon inventory control
2. Manage monthly management report and sales entries booking for Joint Venture Company 
3. Manage bills payment and prepare journal entries for espense posting in SAP
4. Monthly account accural process
5. Balance sheet account management review 
6. Coordinate annual audit requirement 

Expected Level of Proficiency

1.    Strong financial literacy and analytical skills 
2.    Accounting / Financial background 
3.    Good Knowledge in PC application & supervisory skill
4.    Good communication & interpersonal skills
5.    Good experience in accounting software
