Sales Performance Consultant

Global Sales Analytics team is looking for a motivated, customer–centric Data Report Analyst to create data-driven reports and insights to improve sales process effectiveness. Their responsibilities involve but not limited to data procuring, creating high quality reports with their UI/UX capabilities, and operationalizing the reports globally. This role also specializes in understand and creating insights specifically around sales execution, planning, and parallel sales operations processes. You will be required to develop a deeper understanding of the sales execution process as well as a firm understanding of the customer buying journey across multiple industries in our market.

This role reports to the Manager of Global Sales Analytics and can be located anywhere in the continental U.S. (remote).

What you will do

• Develop Power BI reports based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with analytics alignment team to ensure reports meet user requirements.
• Provide consultation on best methods to visualize a broad range of information.
• Leverage reporting best practices and latest technology to enhancement new and existing reports.
• Support and provide feedback on reporting standards.
• Maintain documentation on new and existing reports.

Skills you have

• Highly motivated self-directed contributor with effective communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand the context of data and apply it to reporting solutions for the stakeholders.
• Ability to create high quality reports utilizing effective UI/UX practices.
• Advanced knowledge and use of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, DAX Studio, Paginated Report Builder and Tabular Editor 2.x or higher.
• Understand the use of SQL databases, and Analysis Service models in reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data ETL.
• Effective in using Microsoft 365 apps to collaborate and organize work.
• Ability to innovate and challenge status quo when necessary.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience building reports in Power BI

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software, computer science or similar major
• 5 years’ experience building reports across multiple platforms
• Experience working with sales and marketing data
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Understand AI and machine learning
