Sales Development Representative - Entry Level

ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for a Developmental Account Leader to complete our “Inside to Outside Sales” development program in Austin, TX.

ANDON provides training and sales experience in a number of different industries: petrochemical, oil & gas, semiconductor, and life sciences.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:

• Work with our Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams to build a solid sales foundation, learn about our products, and build customer relationships
• Achieve sales objectives, develop and nurture customer relationships, create customer-focused solutions, and deliver value in partnership with the ANDON Sales Team and Principals
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of the industry, technologies, applications, and customers within assigned account base
