Rapidly expanding as a business, Penguin Recruitment Ltd are actively looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join the team and help maintain our key clients whilst playing an active part in new business development.

To join the next phase of our growth, we would like to employ an energetic, enthusiastic and determined individual who demonstrates excellent communication skills, who enjoys working in a competitive market and would like to receive full training to assist them in hitting their weekly and monthly targets.
The Recruitment Consultant can come with a range of backgrounds including:-
* Further Education looking for their first sales position.
* Previous Sales or Customer Service experience looking to move into the recruitment market
* Current recruitment experience and looking for a new opportunity with greater growth/earning potential.
Outside of the daily duties of the role which will be predominately telephone based, you will receive a 30% commission scheme paid quarterly, monthly incentives to win items such as Go-Pros, iPads and Sporting Goods and get the opportunity to take part in team building exercises such as Paint Balling, Surfing, Go Karting, Cocktail Making and White Water Rafting.
