Outside Sales Representative - US FALL PROTECTION
US Fall Protection is an industry leader in the Fall Protection sector. We are a turnkey business that provides engineering, design, and installation of many safety products to include guardrail, overhead and roof lifeline systems, ladders and ladder fall protection systems, crossovers and equipment platforms. US Fall Protection offers a turnkey product to all sectors of the business world for working at height. We offer everything you need to work in horizontal, vertical, inclined, overhead environments, and testing and recertifications. While our focus was originally on the roofing industry, we have since grown to include work on both public and private buildings, aircraft hangers, transportation and are looking to break into other areas.

We are looking for a professional Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team immediately.

  • Pitch US Fall Protection to our customer base on our new and exciting products and publications that have been released.
  • Work with customer to provide the best solution for their situation.
  • Define game plan for your territory s customers, identify key influencers and purchasing PIs for each opportunity.
  • Responsible for selling US Fall Protection Services to various business sectors to include Building Managers, Building Owners, Manufacturing, Construction Companies, Chemical, Oil and Gas industry etc.
  • Partner with customers, focus on opportunities with key influencers and decision makers to ensure swift revenue generation and deals closing.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to perform all responsibilities associated with customers,
  • Collect data for the development of marketing materials.
  • Communicate all relevant customer information including product and/or customer experience or opportunities to General Manager, Estimators, Marketing, Internal Consulting Group and Technical Support. Including keeping CRM up to date with customer information and interactions.
  • Actively pursues tasks/projects, and ways to enhance the team and the business beyond their day to day responsibilities
  • Travel 50% of the time
  • Desire to thrive in a safety cultured environment
  • Respond to e-mails and phone calls immediately along with consistent follow up with customers
  • Ability and willingness to climb ladders, multiple flights of stairs. Not afraid of heights.


  • 3-5 years sales experience preferably in the safety trade
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meeting short-notice deadlines, with daily reprioritization of


  • Willing to travel in order to meet customers needs
  • Ability to take basic measurements and information needed for size specific products.
  • Ability to cultivate new business by using marketing materials, social media
  • Knowledge in OSHA 1926 and 1910 Safety regulations pertaining to fall protection.
  • Knowledge in creation of marketing materials such as hard copy flyers and social media.
  • Commercial Roofing knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge in navigating government projects a plus
  • Equipment rental and sales experience a plus
