Our equipment can be found in numerous markets including construction, mining, utilities, pipelines, oil & gas, manufacturing, film, large events, infrastructure and major projects. Our extensive rental product line includes; Transfer Switches, Substations, Medium and Low Voltage; Transformers, Splitters, Protection, Distribution and Cable.

You have a proven track record of exceeding your sales quotas and smashing KPIs in an Outside Sales Role. You can navigate complex organizational structures with professionalism and ease, identifying key decision makers and building strategic relationships. You want to grow a brand into a new market by growing existing accounts and building new business relationships. You will be vital to the success and growth of Trinity Power. Through your commitment to success and desire to win you will help us achieve our goal to be the “go-to" temporary power rental equipment and solutions experts in North America.

You are highly personable with excellent salesmanship. Your follow-through, perseverance and ability to balance competing priorities will help you deliver an exceptional customer experience. You enjoy being on the road, developing meaningful relationships with our customers through face-to-face interactions. Your drive to deliver the right solutions will empower you with the credibility to build and maintain strong client relationships and increase customer loyalty.


  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers in target accounts, including in-person meetings and client entertainment.
  • Grow our existing customer base by developing qualified sales opportunities in target markets and target regions, and actively participate in and undertake effective sales efforts at trade shows and events.
  • Continually strive to better our competitive advantage by providing a rapid response, high touch, and high care customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our team of highly technical Inside Sales Representatives to design and win projects.
  • Provide detailed and timely project requirements so that project managers and inside sales and coordinators can develop accurate quotations to provide the right solution to customers.
  • Monitor and communicate on-going market changes and needs related to equipment product and feature requirements, competition, pricing structures, client’s organizational structure and purchasing process.
  • Maintain lasting and trusting relationships with customers by identifying opportunities to add value and drive engagement.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the gulf region.


  • Demonstrated success in a previous sales role, building relationships with key decision makers in target accounts.
  • Knowledge & experience within industrial or construction industries.
  • Energy, passion and enthusiasm.
  • Reliable with excellent follow-through and diligent follow-up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP) & CRM (Salesforce) software is an asset.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including working beyond regular hours.
  • Must possess and maintain a Driver’s License, valid in TX.
  • Bonus: Knowledge & experience within the electrical industry or with rental equipment is an asset.
  • Bonus: Certified Electrical Journeyman considered a strong asset.
