Professional in appearance and approach, be highly successful and ambitious. You will enjoy working autonomously and have a relaxed, consultative style. As well as a proven track record in search recruitment working in a full delivery role within a search firm, you will also have had lots of experience of working with senior executives. Attention to detail, organisation and communication skills are key. A strong academic background is a given and an interest in Sport or Sport related matters or Industries will be a strong benefit

As an Executive Search Consultant you will be reporting directly to a partner, you will be part of a team of search consultants, you will assist them in developing and servicing clients based in the UK and Europe, with expansion plans to enter the USA and Asia. They partner with executive leadership teams to identify, pipeline and hire outstanding talent from multiple industries, helping transform the way the industry works, predominately within Sports, Media and Tech firms. Your focus will be to work on specialised contingent and retained roles between £50-120k; undertaking mapping, screening and shortlists to senior executives. You will also be responsible for providing market intelligence and reports. As part of this you will upkeep an internal database and CRM. You will be coached on how to further develop your role and a client base. Plus, as the company grows progression within teams and new growth areas will be possible.
