职业技术学院及以上，机械、过程控制及设备及相关专业毕业。
• Minimum 5 years working experience in oil or petrochemical maintenance related experience.
5年以上炼油或石化厂维修相关经验。
• Skilled in the following areas具有以下专业技术：
o Experience in service & overhaul compressors, pumps, blowers, fans, mixers, turbine, extruders, gearboxes, etc.
具有压缩机、泵、鼓风机、风扇、搅拌机、透平、挤塑机、齿轮箱的维护和大修经验。
o Installation and alignment of mechanical parts such as mechanical seals, bearings, couplings, gears, transmission belts with motor, turbines and hydraulic systems.
机械密封、轴承、联轴器、齿轮、马达传输带、透平和液压系统的安装和对中。
o Skilled in the use of measuring tools such as dial gauge, micrometer, vernier callipers, depth gauges, feeler gauges, etc.

o Carry out alignment of centrifugal pumps and compressors using reverse dial method or laser equipment.

• Understands the requirements and executes assigned work in accordance with the Site Safety Standards, Mechanical Work Practices, Work Permit system, OIMS & GRS requirements with a safe, reliable and right first time approach.

• Perform pre-task preparations for his / her assigned work. (e.g. procedures, permits, JLAs, tools, etc.)

• Troubleshoot plant problems in assigned unit / area.

• Provide accurate task status to First Line Supervisor (FLS), close out the daily permits with necessary feedback to Operations and update maintenance history in SAP as applicable.

• Participate in emergency drills.
