Position Summary

12 Month Fized-Term Contract

The Opportunity

To provide excellent levels of customer service to the Rotork EMEA subsidiaries by the efficient turnaround of requests for technical quotations.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is key in the continued success and effective service provided by the Back Office sales team.

In this role you will produce timely quotations with supporting documentation for large, international customised solutions to meet the external customer's needs.

This role would suit someone will excellent levels of customer service, who is able to work quickly and accurately, with a high attention to detail.

Experience Requirements:
Good customer service skills

Experience providing solutions to customers

Some technical or engineering understanding would be beneficial

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:
Good communication skills, customer focused, strong multitasker and good at executing tasks

High level of data input accuracy

Ability to work independently and part of a wider team
