Position Title: Global Compensation and HR Analytics Manager
Provide HR and Business functions with critical decision support reports and analytics that provide accurate and timely information about HR impact on business results as well as support the development of global compensation strategy and plans consistent with corporate compensation philosophy. Responsible for interfacing with leadership team, CoEs and HRBPs within global HR organization and guiding their talent strategy through data insights. Collaborate on strategic initiatives to attract and retain world class talent, to foster an agile culture, to facilitate the formation of high performing and engaged talents, among many other initiatives to develop the talent of the future for Doosan Bobcat. Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our talent decisions. Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the people analytics team. Investigate ways to measure and visualize existing processes for internal efficiency analysis and stakeholder communication. Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs. Deliver analytical, survey or research results to technical and non-technical audiences, storytelling skills. Mine actionable insights from talent data and develop testable hypotheses. Design and implement research studies, analyze data, and report on the results of research initiatives to inform, influence and support HR leaders as well as global initiatives. Communicate statistical analyses and results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences. Build effective relationships with cross functional teams and leadership to influence leaders to take actions on the results. Develop framework and metrics that would facilitate rigorous evaluation of organization and strategic initiatives. Drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries. Responsible to consult with leadership to design programs, processes and lead projects that have a global impact. Research evolving compensation practices in the external marketplace, provide consultative guidance on and ensure broad-based compensation programs are competitive and enable recruitment and retention of talent, deliver clear and consistent communications to key stakeholder groups project management as needed. Research evolving compensation practices in the external marketplace and provide guidance/recommendations to Leadership. Lead projects and ensure consistent global execution of key processes. Monitor and implement changes to ensure compliance with global pay regulations and local market/practice. Deliver clear and consistent communications to key stakeholder groups, including manager training. Lead the annual compensation planning solutions with strong HRIS and Talent & Performance team partnerships and provide leadership in company-wide compensation budgets build in partnership with internal stakeholders. Create effective, scalable, and easy to understand global compensation metrics to support compensation programs. Participate in M&A; due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities. Partner with the Talent team to seamlessly align approaches to performance with compensation practices as well as enable the execution via developing world-class compensation education programs. Convert data outcomes into insights and executive ready presentations to senior leaders.Job Requirement
Job requirements: Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics or a directly related field plus five (5) years of consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in the following (may be gained concurrently)
- Leveraging HRIS tools and systems, including SAP GHRIS, SAP, SuccessFactors HR solutions, Excel and Power BI to drive analytics and data management;
- Demonstrating knowledge of global compensation survey data and ability to evaluate, design, and roll-out broad-based compensation programs;
- Experience with regional (North America, Europe & Middle East Asia, Asia or Latin America) compensation programs and guiding principles;
- Leveraging knowledge of local labor market trends and corporate compensation philosophies associated with regional compensation programs;
- Executive compensation program design and implementation;
- Managing global compensation projects by evaluating/leveling positions, evaluating impact of organization changes, and applying market data;
- Setting up global workforce planning and labor cost simulation with variety of HR functions (Business Partnering, Talent Management, Recruiting, L&D; and C&B;);
Three (3) years of experience in the following (may be gained concurrently):
- Analyzing data;
- Experience with management consulting and business operations, including sales, procurement, manufacturing operations, finance, or compensation;
- Performing Statistical analysis;
- Designing, developing, and implementing dashboards from surveys or experimental research;
- Gathering and interpreting data in order to drive predictive and proactive business decisions;
- Developing HR short and long term strategies aligned with business goals;
- Tracking performance and analyzing data and progress metrics to benchmark against short and long-term business and HR goals;
Two (2) years of experience in the following (may be gained concurrently)
- Experience with Merger and Acquisition (M&A;) HR due diligence and business transfer.
