• Organise in-house trainings based on Annual Training Plan • Arrange for mandatory / public training • Training Administration: o Updating Monthly Training Record o Payment Requests for Training o Compiling Training Evaluation and Training Assessment Form o Distribution and safe keeping of training certificates o Preparing internship completion letters o Preparing training statistics and etc. • Administer Learning Management System to ensure data accuracy and timely updates of employee training database. • Sourcing for training programs • Assist in Learning & Development related projects.
