The successful candidate will provide internal business support and be capable of delivering exceptional administrative and support services to various departments and stakeholders of the Company Group. Many tasks will be unexpected or outside the standard procedures and will require initiative to resolve. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment and will have excellent organization skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Your main duties will include (but not be limited to): 1. Legal, Company Secretarial & Licensing o Assisting with the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 and applicable corporate governance requirements such as the preparation of Board resolutions, annual returns etc. o Assisting in the in the preparation, organization and maintenance of legal documents & letters o Assisting in the execution of powers of attorneys, certificates of incumbency and signing authorities and arranging notarization and legislation of documents o Responsible for keeping the database and filing updated. o Awareness of corporate governance themes and issues and of key regulations. o Exposure to Malaysian company law, applicable Corporate Governance Codes and Malaysian regulations o Assisting in the application and maintenance for various trade licenses, registrations and governmental permits such as but not limited to Petronas License, vendor registrations, MOF License etc. 2. Contracts, Procurement & Document Control o Assisting in the preparation, organization and maintenance of contractual and procurement related tasks, documents, tenders, etc. o Preparation of Purchase Order(s), quotations, RFQ(s) etc o Assist various Business Units of the Company Group on contracts and procurement related tasks. o Maintenance of contractual and relevant documents o Various document control related tasks. 3. Business Support & Analysis o Assisting Top Management/Directors in the preparation and analysis of various reports in relation to business, administrations and operations of the Company Group. o Liaise with clients, authorities, professional bodies and/or other third parties to ensure completion of work o To refer to higher management and Board of Directors on any matters/issues requiring attention o Assist in adhoc work, duties and responsibilities as instructed.

To date, the Group has provided various undertakings as operators, consultants and fabricators in diversified areas of engineering, project management, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning.
